Our three-stage quality control process
- Incoming fabric and materials inspection: Fabric rolls, trims, and accessories are checked for defects, color consistency, and specification match before cutting begins
- In-line inspection: Quality checkers monitor stitching, seam strength, and construction accuracy throughout the sewing line, catching issues before they affect large batches
- Final inspection: Finished garments are inspected against AQL 2.5 standards, checking measurements, workmanship, and overall appearance before packing
Measurement and Specification Accuracy
Every order is produced against an approved size specification sheet, and random measurement checks are carried out during final inspection to confirm consistency across the full production run.
