Sample Development
Upon quote approval, we proceed to create a physical prototype. Our pattern makers ensure the fit and finish meet your exact standards before bulk production.
Bulk Production
Once the sample is approved, mass production begins. We handle material procurement, cutting, sewing, and printing/embroidery with strict quality control.
QC & Shipping
Every garment undergoes thorough inspection. Orders are packed securely according to your instructions and shipped globally via sea or air freight.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is tiered by order type: from 50 pieces per style for blank/wholesale items, from 100 for custom printed items, from 200 for OEM branded programs, and from 2,000 pieces for hoodie, polo, and uniform programs. Contact us with your specific requirements for an accurate quote.
What is the standard lead time?
Sample development takes about 7-14 days. Bulk production usually requires 3-5 weeks depending on order volume and factory capacity. Shipping times vary by destination.
Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
Yes. We provide full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. We can manufacture based on your exact tech packs or help you design from scratch.
What are the payment terms?
For custom manufacturing, we typically require a 50% deposit before production begins, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. Sample fees are paid upfront and can often be deducted from the bulk order.
What documentation do you provide before shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (form suited to your destination market) are prepared for every export shipment. Additional documents (e.g. inspection reports, fabric composition certificates) can be arranged on request.
Can you support small pilot orders before scaling up?
Yes. We recommend starting with a smaller pilot run (at or near our published MOQ) to validate quality and fit before committing to a full production run — this is common practice for new partners and reduces risk on both sides.
How fast can I reorder a bestseller?
Reorders of a previously produced style are typically faster than first-time orders since patterns, specs, and fabric sourcing are already confirmed — usually 2-4 weeks depending on fabric availability and order size.
