Step-by-Step: Ordering Custom Clothing from Vietnam
Ordering apparel from an overseas factory can feel complicated the first time. Here is how the process typically works when you order custom clothing from our Vietnam factory.
1. Share your design or reference
Send a tech pack, reference photos, or a rough sketch along with your target fabric, colors, and sizing. If you don’t have a tech pack yet, our team can help translate your idea into production-ready specifications.
2. Receive a quote and timeline
We provide costing based on fabric, order quantity, and decoration method, along with an estimated sampling and production timeline.
3. Approve a sample
A pre-production sample is made for your approval before bulk production begins, typically within 7 to 10 days.
4. Bulk production and quality control
Once the sample is approved, we move into bulk production with in-line and final quality inspections at each stage, following AQL 2.5 standards.
5. Shipping
Finished goods are packed according to your specifications and shipped via your preferred method, whether air freight for smaller or urgent orders, or sea freight for larger volumes.
Minimum Order Quantities
We accept orders starting from 50 pieces per style, making it accessible for new brands and small businesses to produce custom clothing without committing to large inventory volumes.
