Sample Development

Upon quote approval, we proceed to create a physical prototype. Our pattern makers ensure the fit and finish meet your exact standards before bulk production.

Bulk Production

Once the sample is approved, mass production begins. We handle material procurement, cutting, sewing, and printing/embroidery with strict quality control.

QC & Shipping

Every garment undergoes thorough inspection. Finally, orders are packed securely according to your instructions and shipped globally via sea or air freight.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the complexity of the design and fabric availability. Typically, it ranges from 100 to 500 pieces per style/color. Please contact us with your specific requirements for an accurate answer.

What is the standard lead time?

Sample development takes about 7-14 days. Bulk production usually requires 3-5 weeks depending on the order volume and factory capacity. Shipping times vary by destination.

Do you offer OEM and ODM services?

Yes! We provide full OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) services. We can manufacture based on your exact tech packs or help you design from scratch.

What are the payment terms?

For custom manufacturing, we typically require a 50% deposit before production begins, and the remaining 50% balance before shipment. Sample fees are paid upfront and can often be deducted from the bulk order.
